Our office is located just south of the Everett Costco on 19th Ave SE and literally across the street from Silver Lake, Emory’s Restaurant on the lake and The Everett Clinic. Everett Mall is in the vicinity.

Directions:

From the Everett Costco store: head southbound on 19th Ave SE where it will take you around Silverlake. Turn left onto 120th Place SE and turn right immediately into the office building parking lot. We are in the rear building with three marked reserved parking places (“Reserved for Escrow”) directly in front of the building entrance doors.

From I-5 northbound or southbound : take EXIT 186 (the 128th St S.W) and head East after the off-ramp. Traveling Eastbound, 128th becomes 132nd St SE which you’ll continue on until Fred Meyer store will be on your left. This is your clue to get in the left hand turn lane as you approach the major light at the Bothell-Everett Hwy (Hwy 527) where you turn left at the light heading northbound onto 19th Ave SE (the same street at HWY 527). Heading northbound on Bothell- Everett Hwy 527/19th Ave SE we are just about three minutes up on your right. Turn right onto 120th PL S.E. where the office buildings are readily apparent and we are in the rear building (1910) with three prominant parking spaces (“ESCROW”) reserved for customers right in front of the building doors.

Address: 1910 – 120th Place S.E, Suite 101, Everett, WA. 98208
