For years, people in the real estate industry have spent an incredible amount of time, resources and money to obtain a customer or client.   The loosely used common terms are “leads,” referring to potential customers or clients and “deals” when a customer is currently under contract to buy a home or refinance.   Do your clients deserve a better description?
