Policy for Realtors & Loan Officers (updated 12/2007)
- It is our goal to work well with all the professionals involved in a transaction by providing professional escrow services and worry free closings. To meet the goal of smooth closings it takes tremendous communication and collaboration between all the moving parts that are important to providing a smooth closing for our mutual clients.
- Real estate sale and refinance transactions can be stressful to some of the parties involved and how they react to problems is unique to each individual. Most transactional problems can be worked through with mutual cooperation and by anticipating potential issues BEFORE they become transactional log jams.
- Accordingly, Legacy Escrow Service, Inc. staff can and will refuse service (regardless of whether a transaction is weeks away from closing or the day prior to closing) to Realtors, Loan Officers and mutual clients that exibit profanity, unethical business practices, or any other unprofessional behavior deemed so by Legacy Escrow Service staff. If you have a propensity to use threatening language/behavior, profanity or exibit highly unprofessional or unethical behavior, we ask that you close your transaction elsewhere.
