Legacy Escrow Service, Inc. was established in the fall of 2003. The corporate office is located in Everett, Wa. The formation of the company stemmed from the desire and inspiration of the principals to create a first class authentic independent escrow company in Snohomish County. Legacy Escrow Service closes residential purchase/sale and refinance transactions throughout Washington State. The majority of our clients served are located in King, Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom and Island counties.

What is an LPO?
LPO is a “designation” given to candidates who have successfully passed the exam administered by the Washington State Bar Association. It means Limited Practice Officer, an individual who is granted admission to Practice Rule 12 and allowed to prepare specific legal documents pursuant to closing real estate transactions.
